So there were a lot of pundits who speculated that the leaked memo which said the Obama campaign downplayed to the Canadian embassy the importance of his NAFTA comments cost Barack a lot of votes in Ohio and Texas. It might have even cost him the win.

Except that the memo didn't say anything like that, and the comments in question actually came from the Clinton campaign.
